Recurly - Atako

Let your agents run your Recurly subscription billing — read accounts, plans, subscriptions, invoices, transactions and coupons, create accounts and subscriptions, cancel, pause or reactivate a subscription, and add one-off charges or credits.

Connection

Authentication: API key (Private API key).
Required settings:
- Region — v3.eu for a site hosted in the EU, v3 otherwise (US).

Recurly → Integrations → API Credentials → Add Private API Key. Name it (e.g. “Atako”), save, then copy the private key. The key only works on the site it was created in — use a sandbox site to try things out. Region: v3 for a site hosted in the US, v3.eu for a site hosted in the EU.See Recurly’s documentation.

`get_account`	Fetch an account (contact details, address, state, billing info summary).
`get_invoice`	Fetch an invoice with its line items, totals, balance and payments.
`get_plan`	Fetch a plan with its pricing per currency, interval and trial settings.
`get_subscription`	Fetch a subscription: plan, account, state, quantity, current period and renewal dates.
`list_account_invoices`	List one account’s invoices, optionally by state or type.
`list_accounts`	List the site’s customer accounts, newest first, optionally filtered by email, subscriber or past-due status.
`list_coupons`	List the site’s coupons (code, discount, state, redemption limits).
`list_invoices`	List the site’s invoices, optionally by state (paid, past_due, open…) or type (charge, credit).
`list_plans`	List the site’s plans (code, name, billing interval, currencies, trial).
`list_subscriptions`	List the site’s subscriptions, optionally by state (live = active + in_trial + canceled-not-yet-expired).
`list_transactions`	List the site’s payment transactions (purchases, payments, refunds…), optionally successful ones only.

Action	Description
`cancel_subscription`	Cancel a subscription: it keeps running until the end of the term (or next bill date) then expires. Reversible with reactivate_subscription until then.
`create_account`	Create a customer account. `code` is your own unique identifier and cannot be changed later. No payment details.
`create_line_item`	Add a one-off charge or credit to an account; it stays pending and is billed on the next invoice. unit_amount is a decimal in the currency unit.
`create_subscription`	Subscribe an account to a plan. The account is found by code or created with the details given; it must already hold a payment method unless collection_method is manual.
`pause_subscription`	Pause a subscription for a number of billing cycles from its next renewal; 0 cancels a pending pause.
`reactivate_subscription`	Bring a canceled (not yet expired) subscription back to an active, renewing state on its original billing cycle.
`update_account`	Update an account’s contact details, locale, address or tax settings. Only the fields sent change.
