Let your agents manage conversations, send SMS, and work with CRM people and companies via the Allo API.

Connection

Authentication: API key.

In your Allo workspace → Settings → API → Create API key (Admin or Manager role). Copy the key. Scopes documented by Allo: CONVERSATIONS_READ (calls and SMS history), CRM_READ and CRM_WRITE (people and companies), SMS_SEND (sending SMS). Grant only the ones your agents need.See Allo’s documentation.

`get_company`	Get a CRM company by ID.
`get_conversation_item`	Get a single conversation item (call or SMS) by ID. IDs start with cll- for calls, msg- for messages.
`get_person`	Get a CRM person by ID.
`list_conversations`	List conversations grouped by contact phone number.
`list_numbers`	List all phone numbers and sender IDs on your team.
`list_tags`	List all tags configured on the team.
`list_users`	List all team members.
`search_companies`	Search and filter companies in your CRM.
`search_conversations`	Search calls and SMS with filters and keyword search across transcripts, summaries, and message content.
`search_people`	Search and filter people in your CRM.

Action	Description
`create_company`	Create a new company in your CRM.
`create_person`	Create a new person in your CRM.
`send_sms`	Send an SMS message to a phone number using your Allo number. The recipient must be in the same country as the sender.
`update_call_summary`	Replace the markdown content of a call’s AI-generated summary. Only call items (cll-*) are accepted.
`update_company`	Update an existing CRM company. Only provided fields are changed.
`update_person`	Update an existing CRM person. Only provided fields are changed.
