Mixpanel

Let your agents read your Mixpanel product analytics — event names and properties, segmentation, saved Insights reports, funnels, retention, cohorts and user profiles.

Connection

Authentication: API key (Service Account (username:secret)).
Required settings:
- Data residency — mixpanel for US, eu.mixpanel for EU, in.mixpanel for India data residency

Mixpanel → Organization Settings → Service Accounts → Add Service Account. Give it the Analyst role (enough to read) on the projects your agent should query, then copy the username and the secret — the secret is shown only once. Enter them as USERNAME:SECRET (joined by a colon). The project id is in Project Settings → Overview. Pick the region matching your data residency: mixpanel (US), eu.mixpanel (EU) or in.mixpanel (India).See Mixpanel’s documentation.

Action	Description
`funnel`	Get conversion data of a saved funnel over a date range, per step.
`get_me`	Get the service account identity with the organizations, projects and workspaces it can access — use it to find project_id.
`insights_report`	Get the data of a saved Insights report. bookmark_id is the number after “report-” in the report URL (…editor-card-id=“report-12345”).
`list_cohorts`	List saved cohorts with their id, name, description and user count.
`list_event_names`	List the most common event names of the last 31 days (needed by segmentation, retention…).
`list_event_properties`	List the top property names of one event, with their counts.
`list_funnels`	List saved funnels with their names and funnel_id.
`query_profiles`	Query user (or group) profiles, filtered by where, a cohort or distinct ids; pages of up to 1000 — pass the returned session_id with page 1, 2… to read further.
`retention`	Get cohort retention over a date range: users who did born_event, then came back doing event.
`segmentation`	Count one event over a date range, bucketed by unit, optionally segmented by a property expression (on) and filtered (where).
