Microsoft To Do

Let your agents list your To Do task lists, create and manage tasks and checklists in Microsoft To Do on your behalf.

Connection

Authentication: OAuth 2.0 — you authorize Atako via Microsoft To Do’s consent screen; no key to copy.
Scopes requested:
- offline_access
- User.Read
- Tasks.ReadWrite

Nothing to paste: click Connect and sign in with your Microsoft 365 work or school account. Prerequisite on the Atako side — same Microsoft Entra app as Outlook, Teams and OneDrive: an administrator sets INTEGRATION_OAUTH_MICROSOFT_TODO_CLIENT_ID / _CLIENT_SECRET to the same values as INTEGRATION_OAUTH_OUTLOOK_CLIENT_ID / _CLIENT_SECRET, and adds the delegated permission Tasks.ReadWrite in Entra → App registrations → Atako → API permissions → Microsoft Graph → Delegated.See Microsoft To Do’s documentation.

Action	Description
`get_task`	Fetch a single task from a To Do task list by its id.
`list_checklist_items`	List checklist items (subtasks) of a To Do task.
`list_task_lists`	List all the To Do task lists of the connected user.
`list_tasks`	List tasks in a To Do task list. Optional: status filter (notStarted, inProgress, completed, waitingOnOthers, deferred), top (1-100, default 20), orderby (“title” or “createdDateTime desc”).

`add_checklist_item`	Add a checklist item (subtask) to a To Do task. displayName is required.
`complete_task`	Mark a task as completed by setting its status to “completed”.
`create_task`	Create a new task in a To Do task list. title is required. body: plain text content (converted to itemBody {contentType:“text”, content}). due_date: YYYY-MM-DD string, converted to dueDateTime {dateTime:“YYYY-MM-DDT00:00:00”, timeZone:“UTC”}. importance: “low”, “normal” or “high”. reminder: ISO 8601 datetime string, sets isReminderOn=true and reminderDateTime.
`create_task_list`	Create a new To Do task list. The display name is required.
`update_task`	Update a task. All fields are optional: title, body (plain text, converted to itemBody), due_date (YYYY-MM-DD), importance (“low”/“normal”/“high”), status (“notStarted”/“inProgress”/“completed”/“waitingOnOthers”/“deferred”), reminder (ISO 8601 datetime).
