Let your agents mine your Gong revenue intelligence — read calls, transcripts, scorecards and stats, and manage Gong meetings.

Connection

Authentication: API key (access_key:secret).

In Gong (as a technical administrator): click the gear icon → Company settings → Ecosystem → API → “Get API key” (Create) to generate an Access Key and an Access Key Secret. Paste both here joined by a colon: access_key:access_key_secret. The key inherits API read scopes for calls, transcripts, users, library, stats and settings.See Gong’s documentation.

Action	Description
`get_call`	Fetch basic data for a single call by its Gong call ID.
`get_call_transcript`	Fetch transcripts of calls within a date range, optionally narrowed to specific call IDs.
`get_user`	Fetch a single Gong user by ID.
`list_calls`	List calls that took place within a date range.
`list_calls_extensive`	List detailed call data (parties, topics, trackers, outcomes) filtered by date range, call IDs or owners.
`list_interaction_stats`	List interaction stats (talk ratio, longest monologue…) for users over a date range.
`list_library_folder_calls`	List the calls stored in a specific library folder.
`list_library_folders`	List public call-library folders, optionally within a workspace.
`list_scorecards`	List all scorecard definitions configured in Gong.
`list_users`	List all users in the Gong account.
`list_workspaces`	List all workspaces in the Gong account.

`create_meeting`	Create a Gong meeting so the call gets recorded and analyzed.
`delete_meeting`	Delete a Gong meeting by its ID.
`update_meeting`	Update the time, title or invitees of an existing Gong meeting.
