Permission to create agents
Independently of role, each member has a can create agents permission, off by default for members and toggled per person by an admin. Without it, a member can use agents they’re granted access to, but can’t create new ones — attempting to shows a message pointing them to their admin.Shared company context
Go to Settings → Context to give every agent background information about your company once, instead of repeating it in each agent’s own instructions:- Description — free text about your company, its products, culture, and processes.
- Useful links — labeled links to resources like your wiki, brand guidelines, or knowledge base.
Only admins can edit shared context. Members see it read-only. This is separate from an individual agent’s own business context, set when creating that agent — see Creating and managing agents.
