Open Settings from the sidebar. Which tabs you see depends on your role — some are admin-only.

If you’re an admin, the Account tab also shows a Company section for the company name and logo. Non-admins see these fields read-only.

API keys

Open Settings → API keys (admin-only) to create credentials for programmatic access to the Atako API — from scripts, MCP clients, or CI, without going through the browser.
1

Create a key

Click Create key and give it a recognizable name, e.g. “local MCP” or “CI deploy”.
2

Copy it immediately

The full key is shown only once. Copy it and store it somewhere safe.
3

Use it

Pass the key as an Authorization header on requests to the Atako API.
4

Revoke when no longer needed

Revoking a key takes effect immediately and can’t be undone. The key stays listed with a Revoked status for your records.

BYOK — bring your own key

If enabled for your company, Settings → BYOK lets admins declare your own LLM provider keys (OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Anthropic) and use them to run agents instead of Atako’s included inference.
1

Add a key

Choose a provider, give the key a label, and paste the secret. It’s validated automatically on save.
2

Assign it to agents

Pick the key as the inference source when creating or editing an agent.
3

Manage it over time

Test a key at any time, set an optional monthly spend cap, mark one key as the default, or disable a key without deleting it.
A BYOK key can’t be deleted while agents are still using it — reassign those agents to another key (or back to Atako’s included inference) first.
Agents running on a BYOK key never draw from your company’s credit balance — see Credits.
