Where to find them

Click Notifications in the sidebar. New notifications arrive in real time — no page refresh needed — and a red badge next to the bell shows your unread count.

Notification types

Type	Examples
Agent	Agent lifecycle updates — for example, your agent finished provisioning and became active
Message	New activity in one of your conversations
Payment	Billing events — a subscription renewed, an invoice issued, or a payment failed
System	Account alerts — for example an invalid BYOK key, or an expiring trial

Managing notifications

Click a notification to open what it refers to — it’s marked read automatically.
Use the per-item control to mark a single notification read or unread.
Click Mark all as read to clear your unread count in one go.
