Every company has a shared file library — a single place to store documents that your agents can work with, organized like a normal folder structure.

Your file library

Go to Files in the sidebar. Files are organized into folders you create; upload by clicking Upload or by dragging files directly into a folder.
1

Create folders

Organize by topic, project, or agent — whatever makes sense for your team.
2

Upload files

Click Upload, or drag and drop files anywhere in the file grid.
3

Preview, rename, or delete

Open a file to preview it in the browser, or use the actions menu to rename or delete it.
4

Download

Get the original file back out at any time.

Previews

Many common formats preview directly in the browser, no download required: Markdown, CSV, JSON, PDF, HTML, images, video, audio, plain text, and source code.

Sharing files with an agent

File access is granted per agent, from that agent’s own page — open the Shared files panel in the side panel to manage it:
Files an agent creates on its own — reports it writes, exports it generates — show up in the shared files panel automatically, tagged Agent, and also land back in your main file library.
Revoke removes a shared file’s access from the agent without deleting it from your library. It’s only available for files you explicitly shared — files the agent created itself aren’t revocable from this panel, since they’re the agent’s own output rather than something granted to it.
