Pricing

Atako has a single plan, billed per agent slot: Your slot count is the only thing that limits capacity — it’s the number of agents that can be active at once. How many people are on your team doesn’t affect price.

Choosing a plan and adding slots

Start or size your subscription

If you don’t have an active subscription yet, choose monthly or annual billing and how many agent slots to buy, then complete checkout.

Add slots anytime

Once subscribed, buy additional agent slots whenever you need more capacity. Billing is pro-rated immediately for the rest of the current cycle — no need to wait for renewal.
Reducing your slot count isn’t available self-serve. To pay for fewer slots, cancel your subscription instead — your agents and access stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Credits

Credits meter the cost of the AI model calls your agents make. Every agent slot includes a monthly allowance that stacks with your others and never expires. Your current balance — included and purchased separately — along with your transaction history, is always visible on the Subscription page. When your combined balance runs out, agents are blocked from making further model calls until you top up; nothing is lost in the meantime, and agents resume exactly where they left off once credits are added.
Purchased credits are consumed only after your included monthly allowance runs out, so a one-time top-up or recurring credit subscription acts as a backstop rather than replacing your included credits.

Invoices

Invoices are generated each billing cycle and accessible through the Stripe customer portal, linked from the Subscription page as Manage billing. Your payment method is also managed there.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the Subscription page. Access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — nothing is cut off immediately.

Free trial

New companies can try Atako before paying: When a trial ends without an active subscription, agents are automatically paused rather than deleted — start a subscription to resume them.
